Dia: Beacon

Best museum EVER!!

EVER!!!

The DIA museum locates in a small village called Beacon.

--Housed in a former Nabisco Factory on the shores of the Hudson River, this temple of contemporary art houses the remarkable collection of Dia. Bathed in beautiful natural light, you can see impressive works such as Dan Flavin's light sculptures, Richard Serra's Torqued Ellipses, and scores of Donald Judd's boxes. Louis Bourgeois, Andy Warhol, John Chamberlain, Walter De Maria, Bernd und Hilla Becher and Bruce Nauman also represent. A ride on the Metro-North from Grand Central in New York gets you there with ease.--
