The site is to home to buildings and structures designed by Tadao Ando, Buckminster Fuller, Frank Gehry, Zaha Hadid, Jasper Morrison, Jean Prouve, Sanaa, and Herzog & de Meuron. Five of the eleven architects have been awarded the Pritzker prize.
