one of our reader is heading to San Francisco over the holidays.

Knowing that she will go and munch on some toast made out of fantastic bread make by Josey Baker Rye or whole wheat Bread, topped with pumpkin butter- honey - maldon salt  or peanut butter - honey - maldon salt - or cream cheese or - cinnamon sugar and butter -, and that while relaxing during the early morning with a cup of Four Barrell Coffee latte knowing that you are in one of the best city's ever...

Jealous me?

Never!

For the ones who's morning ritual is a cup of coffee and toast.

This is the place!!

Four Barrell Coffee teamed up with Josey Baker Bread and opened up this place!

Cafe Le Pinson - Paris

A recipe from Cafe Pinson in Paris was featured right next to 2 other ones of my paris' obligatory stops

Bob's Kitchen and Tuck Shop in Glamour magazine back in August.

So I knew It just had to be a great spot because it was in such great company.

Went straigh to my must try list

and

the recipe went straight on my fridge and on my lunch staple list

So I just had had had to try the rest!!!

Buckweat Pancakes / spring rolls spouts, mint, radish, zucchinni / madelaines with thyme or banana / chocolate chia pudding... / homemade granola with pistachios / spinach cononut water spiruline soup/...

 Haven't been able to try it all, ( I can eat a lot, but still... ;-) )

 but for the days that I'm in Belgium,

I have my recipes!!!!

And inspiration!!

What a great place is this?!!

And what a great menu they have!

And what a great look the place has!!

A menu filled with some great breakfast / brunch / lunch / early bird dinner options!

We ordered half the menu cause it all sounded so delicious!

A tartine with eggplant, feta and pomegranate

ricotta ,lemon and egg sunny side up

avo and cucumber on toast! ( yaaaay avo on toast in the city!!!)

some deliciously frosted carrot cake.

So we tried , tested and...

Sold!

Just can't stop talking about that great distressed plastered wall!!

( Gave me a Buenos Aires feel!)

Need a wall to apply this to!!

And if I don't find one, i'll just have to go there everyday, order a tartine and stare at theirs!

- still have have some things left to try! I wont mind one bit!  -

But take in mind that it slightly changes everyday according to the seasonal veggies and the fresh of the market produce!

One thing is for sure, you should go there for a weekend brunch, lunch, take away, a detox juice,

basically everything that's good for you!
