The very bästa for breakfast lunch and brunch
The very best bar, or you can just say it like the danisch Bästa Bar!!
It sure was one of my bästa sundays!
The first rays of sunshine, the first time you could use your sunglasses,the first brunch that went on to a late lunch while sitting on a terras, those home baked cookies,those chocolate fishies, that damn good looking and tasting croque!
Well you know where to find me next weekend!!
There is so many things I need to try on that menu!
Fist on the list... a plate of cookies, large portion! Then some coconut bread, with a berry smoothie, followed by a goatcheese eggplant croque...
While i think about what i will order after all that...

Cake That!!
My friend Chloe had been counting down the days for the opening of this little sweet shop!!
I even suspect her for passing there every day just in the hope that it would open shop!
I even think she might have installed a small little camera that registered every move inside the store....
She might even have camped outside,or....
I don't know how she did it but one the first day of the opening, of course, she was there!!
And I love her for it!
And for the fact that she bought me one and brought it to this very ill petite pestes!!
Nothing beats a dafalgan or two and a cupcake or ten to kick some the microbe ass!!
It worked like a charm!!

Of course, just to make sure that all the microbes were out of the system, so I just had to go and get some more...
Some Honey Apple/ Lavender/Apple Cardemon/ Banana Smooth/ Cappucino,....
As they say: 'A cupcake a day keeps the doctor away!'

COOKBOOK - Homemade Oreo's
Baby did a bad bad thing!!!
Why is it that sometimes the most obvious thing is right in from of you and you don't see it?!
Baking cake after cupcake after pancake, why didn't it ever occur to me to bake Oreo's!!
My favorite cookie, IN THE WORLD!!
Maybe because I never thought one could achieve in recreating that special Oreo taste,
that signature mix of salty and sugary, in the comfort of my own kitchen.
And woooow what a beast did I unleash!!!
Amazing!!! Soooo easy!
Nine minutes of baking time, an eternity of freshly baked Oreooooo's!!!
