Saw someone shining in a gorgeous electric blue dress at the Royal Academie of Antwerp fashion show.... no wonder... it was Tiany Kiriloff!
Without even a ' Hello' I asked her 'What's that dress!!?'
It's designed by Damien Ravn, a Antwerp graduate
