Cookbook - Babel

You remember my post about Babylonstoren and how I discovered that they have the most amazing cookbook?

Well here it is!!

at least some pictures of it!

In the meanwhile I have tried some of their dressings

and dishes!!

The most incredible combinations ever!

Mixing fruits, vegetables and herbs.

But in the simpelest way.

A green vegetable salad , a red one or yellow salad

topped of with those glorious dressing ( one for the red veggies, one for the green,...) that lift the taste of those garden fresh veggies to a whole new level!
